AWS class E308LT0-1/T0-4 flux core wire is designed for welding austenitic stainless steel. High in chromium and nickel for excellent corrosion resistance. The wire contains chromium (19-21%), nickel (9-12%) and manganese (1.5-2.5%). Properties include excellent weldability with minimal spatter and excellent arc stability. Advantages include the ability to produce welds with high tensile strength and toughness, making them ideal for applications in tight environments and providing excellent performance in both flat and horizontal positions.
