Shashank Stainless is a premier manufacturer and supplier from Dubai, UAE. We here at Shashank Stainless stand strong on commitment to excellence with the wide ranges of solutions to the customers; the most remarkable being AWS Class E410-16 Electrodes. These Electrodes are quite known for higher strength and superb resistance to corrosion. Our Electrodes are designed to weld stainless steel and performance durability is acknowledged by the industries concerned. We ensure prompt delivery and reliable service, always striving to meet our customer’s diverse needs with the highest standards of quality and reliability.
AWS Class E410-16 electrodes are primarily composed of a low-alloy steel core wire, coated with a mixture of iron powder, silicates, and other elements. These electrodes provide excellent corrosion resistance, particularly to sulfuric acid and chloride environments. Mechanical properties include high tensile strength (70,000 psi), good impact resistance and excellent weldability. The advantages of using E410-16 electrodes include superior crack resistance, strong weld metal strength and ability to maintain the integrity of welded joints under harsh environmental conditions.

These electrodes offer moderate corrosion resistance and are designed for welding stainless steel to itself or to carbon steel. They typically come in sizes like 1/8″ (3.2mm), 5/32″ (4mm), and 3/16″ (4.8mm), providing flexibility for various applications.
Featuring excellent corrosion resistance, these electrodes are used for welding stainless steel components, especially in demanding environments. Common sizes include 1/8″ (3.2mm), 5/32″ (4mm), and 3/16″ (4.8mm). Their heavy coating ensures better arc stability and coverage.
These electrodes provide robust corrosion resistance and are suited for shielding gas protection applications. They are available in sizes such as 1/8″ (3.2mm), 5/32″ (4mm), and 3/16″ (4.8mm), offering reliable performance in various welding conditions.
To ensure complete transparency and maintain strict quality control, we provide an extensive range of documentation along with our AWS Class E410-16 Electrodes. This includes a commercial invoice, packing list, heat treatment chart, fumigation certificate and a quality assurance plan. Additionally, we offer a lab test report approved by NABL. For further assurance, we supply an MTC in accordance with EN 10204/3.1b, a PMI Test Certificate, a 100% radiography test report and a Third Party Inspection Certificate. Our comprehensive documentation reflects our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
AWS Class E410-16 electrodes are primarily used for welding ferritic steels, particularly in the construction of pressure vessels, boilers and pipelines. These electrodes are designed for welding materials exposed to elevated temperatures and moderate corrosion environments. They offer excellent weldability, high impact toughness and resistance to stress corrosion cracking, making them ideal for industries such as power generation, chemical processing and petrochemical applications. Their properties help ensure strong, reliable welds in critical, high-temperature conditions.
