Stainless steel 310H pipes are basically a 25% chrome and 20% nickel-based alloy with added elements such as carbon, manganese and silicon. This combination is known to be highly resistant to oxidation and corrosion at elevated temperatures. The high carbon content of SS 310H enhances its strength and resistance, making it more suitable for high temperature applications. Pipe is widely used in furnace parts, heat exchangers, and many other high-temperature industrial applications. Mechanical properties include tensile strengths of 515 – 725 MPa; yield strength, 205 MPa; and expansion, 40%.
