Stainless Steel 316 Flanges are a combination of iron, chromium content of 16-18%, nickel 10-14%, and molybdenum 2-3% to provide the material with superior corrosion resistance properties. The alloy contains molybdenum content that allows resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion under more aggressive environments. The flanges have high tensile strength, ranging between 515-690 MPa and yield strength is 205 MPa along with excellent ductility.
