Stainless Steel 410S is a martensitic grade with a low carbon content, which provides excellent corrosion resistance and high strength. Includes 11.5-13.5% chromium and 0.08% excess carbon. Key features include excellent mechanical properties, excellent weldability and oxidation resistance. The low carbon content reduces the risk of corrosion, making it suitable for high-temperature applications. The advantages of the 410S are high performance, resistance to corrosion and lightning, and suitability for heat treatment to enhance its mechanical properties.
